Custom Request Policy
Once a custom item and price is agreed upon a non-refundable deposit of $15 or 50% (whichever is greater) is required before item will be started. You are given the choice to pay deposit or full amount at that time. Final balance is due within 7 days of item completion.
All purchases will be invoiced through PayPal. This is the only form of payment Ruby Dew Designs can currently accept.
Cancellations will be accepted for 24 hours after purchase.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
