Your satisfaction is Ruby Dew Design’s #1 priority. I want you to love every single purchase! Each item is handmade and unique and may contain minor variations consistent with handmade items. All items are inspected closely and packaged with care before heading out to their new homes.

If you see an item that interests you but is not the correct size or would like a different color/design please feel free to message me. Custom orders are welcomed.

Ruby Dew Designs creations are CPSC Compliant. All Ruby Dew Designs items are made by me at my home studio in Northern California.


Listed, ready to sell items will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Any expected delays in shipping past the 2-3 days will be noted on the listing. Shipping is included in all pricing and may be upgraded at buyers request for an additional cost.

Pick your size and custom orders will be ready to ship in 10-12 business days. Item’s will ship first business day after completion. Please read size charts for proper fit.


If an item contains a flaw please message me so we can discuss replacement or refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items within 72 hours of receipt and message me with any concerns so we can find a solution.

Full refunds will only be issued after return of unworn item with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. Forced returns are not permitted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the nature of auction items and custom orders they do not qualify for return or refund or cancellation.
